Furthermore, the look and feel of the Site, including all page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts, is the service mark, trademark, and/or trade dress of Urevise and may not be copied, imitated, or used in a same or deceptively similar manner, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Urevise. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names, and company names or logos mentioned in the Site are the property of their respective owners. Any references to products, services, processes, or other information, by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier, or otherwise do not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by Urevise.

Limited Licence

Urevise grants you a non-exclusive licence, expressly limited only to access and use of the Site, strictly in accordance with the Site’s available usage options, and to view, copy and print portions of the Content as provided for in the Site. Nothing in the Site, the Content or the Terms is intended to grant you the right to sublicense the licence to anyone or any entity. Unless explicitly stated herein, nothing in these Terms may be construed as conferring any licence to you with respect to intellectual property rights. This license is revocable at any time. You represent and warrant that your use of the Site and the Content will be consistent with this licence and will not infringe or violate the rights of any other party, breach any contract or legal duty to any other parties, or violate any applicable law. You expressly agree to indemnify Urevise against any liability to any person arising out of your use of Content not in accordance with these Terms. You are permitted to create a text hyperlink to the Site for non-commercial purposes, but this right is limited and may be revoked at any time. You are not allowed to use any Urevise logo or proprietary graphic to link to the Site without written permission. Furthermore, without express written consent, you may not use framing techniques to enclose any Urevise-owned trademark, logo, or proprietary information. Unless explicitly stated, no right or license is conveyed to you under any patent, trademark, copyright, or proprietary right of Urevise or any third party.

Use of forums and other interactive areas

The Site may contain forums in which you or third parties may post reviews of products or other content, messages, materials, or other items on the Site (Interactive Areas). If Urevise provides such Interactive Areas, you are solely responsible for your use of such Interactive Areas and use them at your own risk.

Advertising

Urevise may run advertisements and promotions from third parties on the Site. Your business dealings or correspondence with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers other than Urevise, and any terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such third party. Urevise is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of third-party advertisers on the Site.

Notices

You agree that we have the right to send you certain information in connection with the Site. We may send you this and any other information in the electronic form to the e-mail address you specified when you created an account through the Site or with any subdivisions of the Site such as Community, etc. You may have the right to withdraw this consent under applicable law, but we may cancel your rights to the Site if you do. Membership

Urevise offers its services to its members. Membership is a privilege, not an entitlement. Urevise may change its services and suspend, terminate or restrict your membership at any time if it believes that this is reasonably justified within the terms of this Agreement.

Your membership is not transferable. You must not allow others to use them and must not transfer or sell them to another party. While you are a member, you must maintain control of your account. You are responsible for what occurs on that account and must report any unauthorized use of your account or UserID to us.

Fees and services

Joining (creating an Urevise account) is subject to payment of the Subscription Fee outlined on the Urevise website.
